The location offers unique panoramic view of the sea and Pakleni islands. Area is extremely quiet, surrounded by green mediterranean vegetations.
Apartments are very spacious, nicely decorated, with private entrances and large balconies with sun shade, overlooking the sea. Each apartment has air conditioning, sat-TV, free wireless internet. Parking is also provided.
One of the most appreciated feature of this apartment is that the beaches that surround the area are located right below the apartment. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away. Mean, you can go to the beach easy in every moment, and simply come back whenever you wish.
Well supplied super-market is just across the street and it remains open till 22:00! The city center is 15-minute pleasant walk along the sea.

Really nice apartment, extremly spacious. Terrace is huge, see view brethless. The location was pretty close to the beach and centre, and the little climb back every day a good exercise. Our host Ante was really friendly and helpful. Recommended for a family or group of friends who want to stay within walking distance to the Hvar, but away from the bustle and noisy nightlife.

Our experience at Apartment NOVAK was outstanding. The pictures do not do the view justice. The apartment is very nice and clean. There is about 15 min walk to the main square but we found this to be beneficial as there were great beaches and restaurants on the way plus from that distance it was quiet at night.

The beach is a 5 minute walk and you're close to the Hula-hula bar which is awesome! The town center is a brisk 15 minute walk. We were 4 friends staying but there was easily enough room for 6. We' re comming again for ULTRA festival next summer.

We stayed at Novak apartment for a brief period. We were in 4 and we found quite appropriate that accomodation - 2 separeted double rooms. Amazing the view to the Paklani island we had from the balcony where we usually had the breakfast in the morning. The apartment is located at 15 min walking from the Hvar centre (harbour). In any case the first beach is only 5 min walking far with the most fashion beach clubs easly reachable in minutes. A market is close located and it remains open till 22:00. Overall a valuable accomodation to have a pleasant holyday in Hvar. Recommended!
